1 Each booking is nominative and under no circumstances may be re-sold or given to another person.
2 The reservation is definitive only under our acceptation and after reception of one copy of the contract and a 25% deposit and the payment of the cancellation insurance.

3 In the absence of any message from the client precising a change in the proposed arrival date, the pitch or accommodation will be held only 24 hours after the aforesaid date mentioned in the booking contract, and no adjustment for sums due will be allowed. Messages by telephone are not adequate.

4 In the case of cancellation, the following will be due or retained from payment :
The booking and insurance fees
Compensatory costs due to rupture of contract :
20% of the total cost of the holiday if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the arrival date.
100% of the total cost of the holiday if cancellation is made less than 31 days before the arrival date of if you are not present on the arrival day.

5 Cancellation insurance is included in the booking contract. This insurance will reimburse any costs incurred int the above circumstances, conditions are detail therein

6 The remaining cost of your holiday is payable 30 days before the arrival date. No reduction wil be made in the case of late arrival or early departure.

7 The hirer must be covered by personal insurance.

8 The hirer must make himself aware and adhere to the internal rules of Camping and Parc des Iles. In the case of any lawsuit the Tribunal at Vannes is the only competent party.
